Product description
Pink King Protea (Protea cynaroides) is an impressive exotic dried flower with a highly distinctive structure. Its decorative flower head, surrounded by numerous elongated bracts, creates a characteristic three-dimensional form, allowing even a single protea to become the focal point of an arrangement.
The flower head consists of layered elements surrounding a dense, decorative centre, giving it an irregular and very natural appearance. The flower is set on a strong, woody stem. The flower head diameter is approx. 5–10 cm and may vary between individual pieces. Protea is a natural product, so flowers of different sizes are selected and packed at random.
The protea has been dyed pink, but its colouring remains intentionally non-uniform. Muted shades of pink blend into cream, light beige and naturally brownish tones across the individual parts of the flower. The tips and edges may be darker in some areas, while the centre of the flower remains considerably lighter. The proportions of individual shades vary from flower to flower.
The unique form of King Protea
Protea cynaroides is distinguished by its elaborate flower head and characteristic elongated elements surrounding the centre. After drying, it retains its impressive form and pronounced structure. Natural curves, irregularities and differences in the arrangement of individual parts make each piece unique.
The size of the flower head naturally varies. Its diameter is approx. 5–10 cm, so one pack may contain both smaller and larger flowers. Individual pieces are selected and shipped at random – it is not possible to choose a specific flower head diameter.

Important information
This product is dyed. The pink colour does not cover the flower uniformly. Cream, beige and naturally brownish areas remain visible, and individual pieces and batches may vary in the intensity of the pink colour and the proportions of the different shades.

King Protea is a natural plant material, so individual flowers may vary in size, degree of opening, shape, arrangement and curvature of the flower head elements, structure and appearance of the stem. The product is packed at random, so a specific flower head diameter cannot be guaranteed for individual pieces. Minor cracks, natural discolouration, bends and irregularities resulting from the drying process are natural characteristics of the product.
Store in a dry place and protect from moisture. Due to the dyeing process, avoid contact with water and damp surfaces, as the dye may leave marks. Also protect from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
